Terms and Conditions


All rooms must be paid for at the time of booking. Single bookings for 1 room will receive a full refund if cancellation is received by the club 24 hours or more before the expected arrival date, less an administration fee of £10.00 which will be deducted from the refund.

Group bookings (2 or more rooms booked together) will receive a 50% refund if cancelled, irrespective of time of cancellation.

Check-In time is normally 2PM. Instructions for checking in will be provided at the time of booking.

Damage caused by a guest or any member of guest’s party, whether accidental or malicious, other than fair wear and tear to the building or contents, will be charged at cost.

The Club accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for an accident or injury suffered by any guest or any member of the guest’s party, nor will the Club accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or possessions, however caused. Any property left in the room or elsewhere on the premises, will be left at owner’s risk.

The Club does not offer room service or associated services for guests. However, non-members are welcome to use the Club’s Bar & Restaurant Services when available, whilst staying at the Club.

Guests are reminded that they are booking accommodation at a yacht club – we do not provide on-site personnel or typical hotel services 24 hours a day.

Check-Out time is 11am on the day of departure.
